Job summary

RED DOT HOLDINGS LLP is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to manage and grow online sales across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will craft and optimize product listings, coordinate orders, and partner with marketing on launches to drive traffic and conversions.

The role focuses on accurate listings, stock control, and customer support while exploring AI-driven automation to streamline workflows as the business expands.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop
• Create/update titles, descriptions, images, pricing and promotions
• Ensure accurate stock, pricing and information across platforms
• Upload new products and organise collections and variants
• Coordinate orders, fulfilment and stock allocation
• Monitor inventory to minimise overselling and discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries via marketplace chats and website messages
• Assist with product availability, compatibility and recommendations
• Set up promotions, campaigns and pricing events
• Improve product pages to boost traffic and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing on launches, campaigns and ads
• Monitor marketplace trends and adjust listings accordingly
• Help streamline ecommerce workflows as the business grows

Job description

We have running several stores across Lazada,Shopee,Shopify,Tiktok and other digital channels over 15 years. We are looking for like minded E-Commerce Assistant to help manage and grow our online business across these channels.

We specialise in photography, video, lighting, content creation and creator equipment, working with brands across the imaging and creative industry. If you enjoy e-commerce, gadgets, online shopping and figuring out how to make products sell better online, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Contributing

You will be involved in the day-to-day operation and growth of our e-commerce business, including:

• Manage product listings across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and promotions
• Ensure product information, stock availability and pricing are accurate across different platforms
• Upload new products and organise collections, categories, tags and product variants
• Coordinate online orders, fulfilment, stock allocation and order-related issues
• Monitor inventory and work with the team to minimise overselling and stock discrepancies
• Respond to customer enquiries through marketplace chats, website messages and other online channels
• Assist customers with product availability, compatibility and basic product recommendations
• Set up marketplace promotions, vouchers, campaign pricing and platform sales events
• Improve product pages to increase traffic, conversion and discoverability
• Work with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, social media campaigns and advertising
• Monitor competitor pricing, marketplace trends and new products
• Review sales performance and identify opportunities to improve listings, promotions and conversion
• Help streamline and automate e-commerce workflows as the business grows

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and learning new systems
• Is organised and pays strong attention to detail
• Can manage multiple products, orders and tasks without losing track of information
• Writes clear English and is comfortable communicating with customers
• Has a good eye for how products should be presented online
• Is commercially aware and interested in what makes customers click and buy
• Is comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools
• Takes initiative instead of waiting for every task to be assigned

Experience with Shopify, Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Shop, Canva, would be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn.

Bonus Points If You

• Are interested in photography, videography or content creation
• Understand basic SEO and Google search
• Have experience creating marketplace listings that convert
• Have worked with inventory, ERP or order-management systems
• Enjoy experimenting with AI tools and automation
• Can create simple graphics, short-form content or product videos
