Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced engineer to own customers and HV process development.

You will coordinate experiments with fab modules, support HV device debugging and testing methodologies, and help characterize HV devices during development. You’ll also assist with technical logistics for prototypes. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years in process integration, technology development, or device engineering and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own key customers and process development lots.
• Coordinate unit process experiments/development with fab modules.
• Support High Voltage process/device debugging.
• Support HV process/device-testing methodology/techniques.
• Develop HV device/process characterization in the development phase.
• Support prototype’s technical logistics and execution.

Your Job.

• Own key customers and process development lots
• Co-ordination of unit process experiments/development with fab modules
• Supporting High Voltage process/device debugging
• Support High Voltage process/device-testing methodology/techniques
• Development phase High Voltage Device /Process characterization
• Support prototype’s technical logistics & execution

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or related field)
• Years of Experience: 8 years process integration or technology development or device engineering experience
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Experience in technology / process development or device engineering is preferred
• Native English speaker is preferred
