Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a process integration and device development engineer for high voltage BCD processes. The candidate should understand CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics, with exposure to high voltage device development as a plus.

You will execute engineering splits on development lots, perform device testing with report generation, and collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams on process issues. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science.
• 2–3 years in process integration or technology development.
• Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.

Introduction:

The job involves process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes. The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. Exposure to high voltage device development will be an added advantage. The candidate should also have a good understanding of design of experiment for process development. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.
