Job summary

STAR CAREER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Database Engineer (MSSQL)/DBA/IT Engineer based in Singapore.

You will heavily work on MSSQL database setup, installation, and troubleshooting, and support IT infrastructure across Windows servers and network devices. Candidates should be strong in MSSQL configuration, data migration and integration, data security, and system deployment procedures (UAT/FAT/SAT). Familiarity with tender requirements and cyber security is a plus.

Qualifications

• MSSQL configuration, management and support.
• Experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration and deployment.
• Proficient in MSSQL, networking, Windows OS and servers.
• Good at MSSQL database clustering, backups and monitoring.
• Experience in data migration, data integration and data monitoring.
• Responsible for data security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Set up MSSQL databases, installations and troubleshooting.
• Support IT infrastructure comprising Windows servers.
• Basic setup of network switches and IP configuration of devices.
• Assist in system deployment, staging tests and production setup.
