Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned professional to design and deliver managed service solutions for complex customer environments in Singapore.

You will translate requirements into service architecture, operating models, and governance structures while collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned processes, KPI-driven reporting, and proactive service improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Managed Services, IT Consulting, Presales, Service Delivery, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience in MSP/ SI/ Telco/ Cloud/ Enterprise IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL including Incident, Problem, Change, and SLA management.
• Experience in customer-facing activities: requirements gathering, workshops, proposals, presentations.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO27001 or cloud certs are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business, technical, and operational requirements, and identify managed service opportunities.
• Design managed service solutions, including service architecture, operating models, support structures, and service scope.
• Develop ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and governance models based on customer requirements.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and customer requirements, and prepare proposals, solution documents, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Teams, and Vendors to develop and deliver suitable solutions.
• Support service transition, onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with the Sales team to generate new opportunities, drive upsell and cross-sell activities, and achieve revenue and sales targets.
