Job summary

KDDI Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned managed services presales and solution architect to translate customer requirements into concrete service designs and proposals.

You will design architecture, operating models, and governance structures, and work with sales and delivery teams to craft winning solutions. The role requires 5+ years in MSP/IT consulting, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Managed Services, IT Consulting, Presales, or related roles.
• Experience in MSP, SI, Telco, Cloud, or Enterprise IT.
• Strong ITIL knowledge across Incident, Problem, Change, and SLA.
• Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, proposals, and presentations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and identify managed service opportunities.
• Design managed service solutions including architecture, operating models, and service scope.
• Develop ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and governance.
• Analyze RFPs/RFIs and prepare proposals, solution documents, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Teams, and Vendors to deliver solutions.
• Support service transition, onboarding, and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with Sales to generate new opportunities and drive revenue targets.
