Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Technician to monitor, sustain and improve manufacturing equipment, working with shift operations and engineers. You will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, rebuild equipment, and apply AI-enhanced tools to boost quality and efficiency.

A Diploma in Engineering and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts are required. Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required; Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic preferred.
• Able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantle, repair and assemble equipment per manuals.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI enhancements within scope.
