Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain automation equipment such as AMHS, ASRS, and AGV.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment per layouts and manuals.
• Execute preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Implement equipment modifications directed by engineering.
• Monitor tool performance and meet shift KPIs for uptime and quality.
• Prepare shift reports and conduct passdowns.
• Execute continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability.
• Analyze equipment data for advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to resolve issues.
• Support automation integration projects.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure safety standards and EHS compliance during maintenance.
