Job summary

Amaris Consulting, a global technology consulting firm, seeks an MSAT Engineer to support commercial-scale pharma manufacturing in Singapore. You will troubleshoot processes, investigate deviations, and drive continuous improvement across Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

You will contribute to technology transfer, scale-up, and validation activities, while ensuring GMP and safety compliance. English proficiency and strong problem-solving are essential to succeed in this dynamic,

Qualifications

Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Practical exposure to commercial-scale production, troubleshooting, and deviation investigations.
Understanding of GMP requirements and their application in manufacturing operations.
Experience in process optimization, technology transfer, scale-up, CAPA, or validation is a plus.
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
Proficient in English; strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for commercial-scale manufacturing operations.
Troubleshoot process and production issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
Support deviation investigations, impact assessments, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Monitor manufacturing process performance and identify opportunities for optimization and risk reduction.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement process changes.
Contribute to technology transfer, process scale-up, and validation activities.
Prepare and review technical documentation, investigation reports, protocols, and manufacturing records.
Ensure that all assigned activities comply with GMP, quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
