SG03 Agilent Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd.

is seeking an experienced MSAT System Engineer to optimize design and manufacturing of mechanical and mechatronics assemblies and complete instrument products for ICP-MS mass spectrometers. You will act as the technical liaison between R&D, Quality and Manufacturing, translating product innovations into scalable, high-performance manufacturing solutions at our Singapore factory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience with CAD tools and PCBA design/qualification processes is expected.
Strong English communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams are essential.
Knowledge of Design-for-Excellence (DfX) and DoE/VE approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own mechanical/mechatronic assemblies and PCBA modules through the full product lifecycle from development to obsolescence.
Collaborate with R&D, Global Manufacturing, Product Marketing, and Quality teams to transfer products to mass production.
Lead NPI activities and ensure DfX, cost, manufacturability, and automation considerations are integrated.
Support industrialization and platform standardization across Agilent’s global factories.
Provide technical leadership and share innovations to improve scalability of manufacturing systems.
