Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a MSAT System Engineer to drive the design and manufacture of mechanical and mechatronics assemblies for ICP-MS mass spectrometers at the Singapore site.

You will act as the technical interface between R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to translate product innovations into scalable, high-performance manufacturing solutions. You will lead NPI and industrialization, define platform concepts, test strategies, and drive technology transfer,

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a comparable engineering role.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience with CAD tools and PCBA design/qualification processes.
Knowledge of FMEA, DoE, DfX,VE or similar methods.

Responsibilities

Own mechanical/mechatronic assemblies, PCAs, electronics modules, and complete products across full lifecycle.
Collaborate with R&D, Global Manufacturing, Product Marketing, QS&T and other engineering groups.
Serve as a technical interface for NPI projects, coordinating transfer from development to mass production.
Apply DfX principles to address quality, cost, manufacturability, assembly, and automation.
Lead prototype ramp, reliability validation, and launch readiness assessments.
