Job summary

FIRST PORT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to handle MRO enquiries in Singapore.

You will source, analyse quotations, costing, and negotiate the best commercial offers while ensuring timely submission of sales quotations and related purchase orders. You will process sales orders, maintain close communication with vendors and customers to build long-term relationships, and prepare weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years related experience.
• Fluent in oral and written communication.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn with a CAN-DO attitude.
• Sound judgement and good business sense.
• Remuneration commensurate with qualification & experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement of customers for their MRO enquiries.
• Source, analyse purchase quotations, costing, and negotiate the best commercial offer.
• Ensure sales quotation needed is submitted on timely manner; follow up to clarify requirements for POs and contracts.
• Process sales orders and follow through the sales processes.
• Close communication with vendors and customers, develop long-term relationships.
• Prepare and/or update database and activity reports weekly or as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
