You will collaborate with Buyers, Planners, Engineers and Quality teams, perform cycle counts, and support audits while maintaining 5S and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or MRB operations.
• Experience handling non-conforming materials and inventory transactions in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Secondary School/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including ERP/SAP transactions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of non-conforming materials through the MRB process; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Interface daily with Buyers, Planners, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel to update MRB status.
• Maintain MRB records and ensure compliance with work instructions and quality requirements.
• Coordinate packing, labeling, staging and shipment preparation for MRB materials.
• Ensure a clean, safe MRB area with 5S and EHS compliance; support audits.
