Responsibilities

• Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawings and instructions to crate tools/products per guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage inventory following guidelines, label and locate parts, and record inventory levels.
• Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints.
• Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases; perform admin tasks as needed.
• Support internal departments to ensure orders/shipments are fulfilled on time.
• Coordinate with CM and forwarders for shipment arrangements.
• Fulfill orders by packaging materials for shipment.
• Identify and locate products during shipping.
• Record inventory status and ensure deliveries match work orders.
• Collaborate to locate missing parcels and replace damaged products.
• Apply problem-solving to improve products and processes.
