Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level with at least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
• Must have a valid Class 2, 2A, 2B driving licence.
• Strong sales flair and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Target driven with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the company's sales target by selling bikes and providing excellent service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop product knowledge, including competitor offerings and market trends.
• Analyse market conditions, including pricing, promotions, and new model launches.
• Provide professional advice on financing and insurance options to customers.
• Ensure compliance with LTA procedures (e.g. bidding, retention, scrapping).
• Execute the full sales process: engagement, needs assessment, product selection, negotiation, closing, delivery, follow-up, prospecting, documentation.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and operating procedures.
