Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites a Mortgage - Direct Sales specialist to manage internally generated leads and convert enquiries into mortgage outcomes. You will work in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment, upholding compliance and service standards while meeting turnaround SLAs.

You will qualify and nurture leads, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and drive sales performance through diligent follow-up and professional customer engagements across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Possess a university degree, preferably with finance, business or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in mortgage, secured lending, or direct sales with a sales track record.
• Sales-driven, motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on internal leads from call centres, staff loan applications and online forms.
• Qualify and nurture leads with quick turnaround to maximise conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Call Centre, HR and CCU to ensure timely lead referral and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead progress in the CRM.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritise and manage multiple leads while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Drive sales performance through diligent follow-up and effective closure techniques.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets; performance measured by conversion and outcomes.
• Support selected internal servicing cases, such as internal restructuring cases.
