Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate for a one-year contract to review credit requests and convert them into clear, well-recorded mortgage facilities. You will screen customers and related parties, perform data entry, and verify documents for mortgage applications.

The role requires prior banking experience and competence with MS Office, particularly Excel, plus fast and accurate typing skills. East Singapore location expected.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
• Conduct screenings on customers or related parties
• Data entry and creation of records into the bank’s system
• Checking of documents for mortgage related applications
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation
• Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank’s system
