Qualifications

• Experience in banking, secured/unsecured lending, or sales and customer service is a bonus.
• Ability to convey complex real estate matters clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound lead inquiries into successful real estate loan applications.
• Explain the overarching real estate strategy with solutions and what-if scenarios.
• Analyze and profile clients’ potential and the economic landscape for suitable financing.
• Monitor clients’ portfolios and optimize their property finances.
• Lead and manage clients throughout their property journey with peace of mind.
