Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect for Money Management covering APAC and Greater China. You will partner with sales and pre-sales to drive pipeline, educate product and engineering teams, and shape the go-to-market strategy for embedded finance offerings.

You will build deep relationships with senior customer leaders, scale the organization with reusable assets, and guide opportunities across Capital, Issuing, Financial Accounts, and global Payouts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical sales experience in fintech or similar sectors.
• 3+ years of product experience with embedded finance—card issuing, treasury, lending, or global payouts.
• Excellent English and Mandarin; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to drive pipeline and revenue targets.
• Educate product and engineering teams on market trends and influence the roadmap.
• Develop relationships with senior customer leaders and expand Stripe's Money Management offerings.
• Create reusable assets and coach others on high-value opportunities.
• Lead discussions on Money Management products across Capital, Issuing, Financial Accounts, and global Payouts.
• Provide insights to strategy and roadmaps from customer feedback.
