Job summary

Stripe in APAC is building out its Money Management Account Executive team in Singapore. As an early hire, you will define how we sell the full Money Management suite across APAC, establishing relationships with top enterprise customers and shaping the regional playbook.

You will manage multiple markets, lead executive conversations, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to win complex deals while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise sales or business development at tech/fintech companies.
• Experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or fintech to large enterprises or platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and lead bespoke negotiations.
• Experience in multi-country territories with varying regulatory environments.
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore; regional travel across APAC.
• Growth mindset with startup experience.
• Fluent Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle for Stripe's Money Management products across APAC.
• Build and execute a territory plan across multiple APAC markets.
• Lead executive-level conversations with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and product leaders.
• Navigate complex, multi-product deals with Solutions Architecture, Legal, Compliance, and product teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business and expansion.
• Develop deep knowledge of the APAC competitive landscape to win in contested deals.
• Synthesize customer and market feedback to inform Stripe's product, marketing, and GTM teams.
