Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction in Singapore is hiring a BIM Modeller to develop and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models to support design, coordination, and construction activities. You will produce detailed models, integrate multidisciplinary data, and ensure compliance with project standards and BIM protocols.

Working with architects and engineers, you will generate clash reports, assist with e-submissions to authorities, and create drawings from 3D models.

Qualifications

• NiTEC/Diploma in Architectural, Civil/Structural Engineering, MEP or equivalent discipline.
• Experience in BIM modelling using Revit or related software.
• Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course.

Responsibilities

• Primary role is to develop the model using BIM Software.
• Skilled enough with BIM to understand modeling requirements and how buildings go together to be accurate.
• Ensure the integrity of the model.
• Able to do up to minimum 3D BIM.
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D model.
• Assist with e-submission to Authorities.
• Assist with archival of 3D models and related documentation.
• Drawing production from 3D models.
• Administer 3D model / drawings distribution to relevant users.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project.

Purpose and Scope

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Building Information Models to support design, coordination, and construction activities within the built environment. This role involves producing detailed 3D models, integrating multidisciplinary data, and ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM protocols. The BIM Modeller collaborates with architects, engineers, and project teams to facilitate clash detection, improve design efficiency, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• NiTEC/Diploma Education Qualification in Architectural, Civil / Structural Engineering, MEP or its relevant discipline
