Job summary

Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a Sembcorp subsidiary, seeks a skilled BIM Architect to model building development in Revit and deliver precise AutoCAD drawings across multiple project stages. You will prepare submission documents for URA/BCA, ensuring compliance with BIM standards.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Architecture, 3+ years in construction, and strong coordination skills. Singaporean-only applicants preferred due to sensitive projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture/Architecture Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant construction experience.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Corenet submission requirements and BIM/AutoCAD standards.
• Experience using BIM tools for design, tender and construction docs.
• Knowledge of URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks regulations and codes.
• Experience annotating 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Familiarity with V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Singaporean-only due to project sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and model building development in BIM (Revit) – Architecture per BCA standards.
• Prepare 2D and 3D AutoCAD drafting.
• Draft submission cover letters to building authorities for project stages.
• Submit drawings and documentation to URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc for approvals.
• Manage major stages of project development: DC, BP, Tender, Construction, TOP/CSC.

Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
• Competence in preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting
• Draft submission Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for various the project development stages
• Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities – URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments
• The above apply to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Architecture (Technology), or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work.
• Experience in Corenet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCad (2D) format.
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation.
• Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc), and Arch related Codes of Practice.
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Skills in presentation applications like V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc will be advantage.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for coordination and collaborative processes on multi-disciplinary basis
