Job summary

Sembcorp is seeking a BIM-focused architect to assist in creating and maintaining 3D architectural BIM models using Revit at our Singapore office.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers, review models for regulatory compliance, and produce detailed drawings while adhering to BIM standards. The role is based at 51 Changi Business Park Central 2, The Signature, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, BIM, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of architectural drafting or building design concepts.
• Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage (training provided).
• Willingness to learn BIM workflows, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to follow established modelling standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and developing 3D architectural BIM models using Revit.
