Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Project Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with track record.
• Experience in leading teams and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contractual interface with customer and manage expectations.
• Support pre-sales, tendering, and bidding activities.
• Manage cost, profitability, and project scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan resources, coordinate internal and third-party resources, and monitor progress.
• Ensure scope, budget, and quality are controlled; manage risks.
