Job summary

Mister Mobile Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support stock handling, packing, and inventory management across warehouse and retail stores. The role requires accuracy, independence, and a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with good attention to detail.

• Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong spoken and written skills to support day-to-day communication and documentation with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check, reset, label, sort, pack, and store incoming stock.
• Perform picking, packing, stock transfers, store replenishment, and stock allocation.
• Update inventory records accurately and perform stock counts and stocktaking at warehouse and retail stores.
• Allocate and prepare stock required by stores, including stock reserved for customer orders.
• Process returned, defective, and non-sellable inventory according to operational procedures.
• Coordinate stock movement, deliveries, and operational requirements with retail stores and internal teams.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Support procurement, pricing, and other logistics-related tasks when required.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, inventory accuracy, and proper stock handling.
• Proactively support daily operational tasks and team members in a fast-paced working environment.
