Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a driven retail associate to join partner stores across multiple locations in Singapore. You will sell and promote mobile devices, assist customers with trade-ins and inquiries, and handle data entry and store operations.

The role requires good communication and teamwork, with experience in retail and basic POS skills. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work at our partner stores (multiple locations).
• Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Data Entry and other Administrative duties
• Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager
