Job summary

Mister Mobile is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Advisor in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience across device repairs, trade-ins, sales and customer service. No repair experience required—full training will be provided. Homemakers and those returning to the workforce are welcome to apply.

Join a warm, friendly team that values care, collaboration and excellent service. You will work a 5.5-day week, including Saturdays, with rostered weekends and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum acceptable educational level observed in the posting.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive devices for repair, understand customer concerns, and prepare quotations and job sheets.
• Inspect trade‑in devices and process payouts according to guidelines.
• Assist customers with inquiries and sales opportunities via walk-in, website, or WhatsApp.
• Verify orders, test devices with customers, explain warranties, and collect payments.
• Recommend and complete accessory purchases and install accessories like tempered glass.
• Handle cash and high‑value inventory with integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive devices for repair, understand customer concerns, conduct initial diagnoses for common issues, and prepare accurate quotations and job sheets.

• Inspect, test, and grade trade‑in devices consistently using established guidelines, including verification checks and processing secure instant payouts.

• Assist walk‑in and online customers with website and WhatsApp enquiries by matching them with the right devices and following up on sales opportunities.

• Deliver a smooth customer collection experience by verifying orders, testing devices with customers, explaining warranties, and collecting payments.

• Recommend and complete purchases for suitable accessories, including neatly installing tempered glass and hydrogel films.

• Manage customer concerns professionally and handle cash and high‑value inventory with strong personal integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum N‑Level, O‑Level, or equivalent qualification; an ITE or Nitec qualification in electronics or information technology is an advantage.

• Proficiency in conversational English is required for effective communication; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage.

• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and POS systems.

• Customer‑focused, responsible, resilient, and willing to learn in a supportive and fast‑paced retail environment.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays based on the assigned roster.

• 5.5‑day work week, Monday to Saturday. Working hours may vary depending on operational requirements, with a half‑day shift on Saturday.
