You’ll craft high-volume ideas, write briefs for production, and analyze trends to iterate. The ideal candidate thinks in ad ideas and variations that translate into installs and conversions, collaborating with UA and creative teams to scale what works.

Qualifications

• Strong creative instincts with a performance mindset — able to come up with multiple ideas quickly, while keeping outcomes like installs and conversions in mind (not just visual appeal or impressions)
• Deep understanding of short-form content & attention mechanics
• Ability to turn features into audience-first narratives
• Clear, structured thinking (clarity > polish)
• Familiar with TikTok-style / performance-driven creatives
• Curious, trend-aware, and idea-driven

Responsibilities
