Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong in analysis, modeling, problem-solving and data interpretation.
• Publications in top journals or conferences are a plus; ACM-ICPC medals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elevate search recommendation services and models for TikTok E-commerce.
• Optimize the recommender system from recall to final ranking in the end-to-end workflow.
• Push forward short-text and NLP-driven recommendation research.
