Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or master's degree in software development or related technical field.
• Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with familiarity in recommendation/advertising/search.
• Hands-on experience in causal inference or uplift modeling or operations research or large-scale optimization or frontier AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Model user demand elasticity and optimize budgets under constraints to maximize GMV and conversions.
• Design globally optimal budget allocation and pricing algorithms for billions of users and large catalogs.
• Integrate voucher capabilities into recommendation pipelines across videos, live streaming and marketplace for joint decision-making.
• Research and productionize advanced AI techniques (uplift modeling, RL, LLMs) to improve user conversion and repeat purchases.
