Job summary

South Central Community Family Service Centre in Singapore seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead and sustain an mission-driven organisation delivering services in social work, home ownership, livelihoods, and child development.

You will inspire a high-performing team, strengthen partnerships with government, funders, and the community, drive digital transformation, and ensure governance, risk management, and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline; post graduate qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the social service, non-profit, or public sector.
• Demonstrated experience in organisational leadership, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore social service and charity governance landscape.
• Experience in programme management, strategic planning ,and cross-sector collaboration within the social services domain, including familiarity with housing, livelihood, and social mobility sectors, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and lead the organisation to deliver high-quality, integrated services for families and children.
• Lead and develop senior management and staff; establish HR policies and succession planning.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting to the Board and funders; maintain risk management frameworks.
• Oversee HOLI verticals (Home Ownership, Livelihood, Fresh Start) and drive programme integration and outcomes.
• Strengthen partnerships with government, funders, and community partners to secure funding and impact.
