Job summary

Marymount Centre in Singapore seeks a Chief Executive to lead its mission across children’s homes, crisis shelter and student care programs. You will report to the Board, provide strategic and operational direction, and drive governance, people, finance and stakeholder engagement to deliver safe and sustainable services.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in social work, public administration, non profit management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in non profit or social service, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement long-term organizational strategies aligned with community needs.
• Strong budgeting, financial oversight, and sustainable resource development.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants, cultivating donors, and building partnerships with government, private sector, and community stakeholders.
• Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors and regulators, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of social service delivery models, program evaluation, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to represent the agency publicly, advocate for policy change, and strengthen relationships with diverse communities.
• Skilled in staff development, team building, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
• Deep commitment to equity, social justice, and the mission of serving vulnerable populations.
