Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in the Social Services Sector with at least 15 years of senior management experience in a medium sized social service organization or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Business Administration or any other related field.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the charity.
Drive growth, enhance programme effectiveness, strengthen governance, and ensure financial sustainability.
Lead stakeholder engagement and public relations; strengthen partnerships with government bodies and the community.
Oversee budgeting, personnel development, and governance compliance.
Represent the charity in engagements with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and media.
