• Infrastructure Support: Maintain networks, company phone system, CCTV and end-user computing hardware or tablet devices
• Technical troubleshooting: Provide support to resolve hardware, software, phone and network issues.
• Generate reporting: Generate operational reports using Excel VBA.
• Security and Compliance: Apply system patches, ensure using latest update of antivirus (Symantec).
