Job summary

TOUCH Community Services seeks a Programme Executive to oversee MindCove operations in Singapore. You will handle facility upkeep, scheduling, and documentation, coordinate visits with schools and partners, and lead or assist with MindCove sessions while improving content delivery.

You will also support production of materials, promote MindCove, and assist in other TOUCH Mental Wellness activities. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, ideally in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related fields.
• Ideally with 1–2 years of work experience, with some exposure to stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for MindCove, including facility upkeep, scheduling and documentation.
• Coordinate programme logistics, including student visits and stakeholder arrangements.
• Facilitate mental health programmes, ensuring quality delivery and participant engagement.
• Support preparation of programme materials (slides, resources) and readiness for sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to review and enhance programme content and delivery for continuous improvement.
• Support engagement with schools and community partners and promote MindCove and other programmes.
