Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to support end-to-end operational migration activities within a banking environment. You will validate post-migration system behavior and perform essential account-level maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

You will collaborate with SMEs on BAU tasks, review complex scenarios, and update process notes for Project Anchor changes where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 1-3 years banking operation experience.
• Experience in Banking System and UAT.
• Familiar with account/data management.

Responsibilities

• Support/end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering where needed.
• Validate post-migration checks on system behavior.
• Perform account-level maintenance and updates when required.
• Assist SMEs on BAU activities so they can review and validate complex scenarios.
• Update process notes to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.

• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior

• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required

• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios

• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 1- 3 years banking Operation experience.

• Experience - Banking System , UAT

• Familiar with account/data
