Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a compassionate, independent welfare interviewer to engage migrant workers in dormitories. The role focuses on assessing living conditions, wellbeing, and welfare standards to meet regulatory requirements and support a positive living environment.

You will conduct interviews, gather feedback, identify welfare concerns, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in fieldwork across multiple dormitories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face welfare interviews with non-English speaking migrant workers in dormitories.
• Build trust and rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Assess satisfaction with accommodation, facilities, food, recreation, safety, healthcare, and welfare programmes.
• Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Prepare detailed reports, findings and recommendations for management.
