• Deliver great work at pace in line with social media trends.
• Apply brand guidelines to social outputs.
• Collaborate with client teams.
• Communicate creative ideas in ideation sessions.
• Share rationale with client team.
• Develop effective creative solutions with design leadership support.
• Communicate capacity and timelines to studio resourcing.
• Research clients and design landscape to inform outputs.
• Begin to establish a preferred specialization (animation, film, branding or photography).
• Review assets and provide feedback.
• Build relationships with clients for future opportunities.
• Showcase original thinking aligned with design and cultural trends.
• Lead on small scale accounts with support from a Junior Designer.
