Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus).
• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for campaigns, explainers, social content, and digital ads.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs.
• Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling.
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion content.
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects.
