Job summary

Activiste Pte Ltd is seeking a Brand Designer who turns strategy into visual storytelling. You’ll build visual identity systems from the ground up and bring them to life across digital campaigns and print.

You’ll work side by side with strategists and writers from day one, shaping ideas in creative workshops and helping clients see what’s possible while pushing concepts further than expected. A hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and brand design work.
• Strong typography, layout and visual composition skills, with an eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities independently
• A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in graphic design or brand design, ideally in an agency or design studio

Build visual identity systems from the ground up and bring them to life across everything from digital campaigns to print. Our clients span education, healthcare and the public sector — brands where good design isn’t decoration. It’s how people decide who to trust.

You won’t be designing in a silo or waiting for a finished brief to land on your desk. You’ll work side by side with strategists and writers from day one, shaping ideas together. You’ll be in the room for creative workshops, helping clients see what’s possible and pushing concepts further than they expected.
