The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, motion graphics and animation capabilities, and an understanding of video production and visual storytelling. You will work closely with the creative and account teams to develop and execute high-quality

Competenze

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design or related roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating KV design, animation, storyboarding, and video production.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or brand campaigns is a plus.

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for advertising campaigns and brand communications.
• Design key visuals, branding materials, POSM, marketing collaterals, and digital assets.

We are looking for a creative and versatile Multidisciplinary Designer who can think creatively, develop concepts, and bring ideas to life across different media formats.

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, motion graphics and animation capabilities, and an understanding of video production and visual storytelling.

You will work closely with the creative and account teams to develop and execute high-quality creative solutions for healthcare, FMCG, and brand campaigns across print, digital, social media, POSM, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for advertising campaigns and brand communications.
• Design key visuals (KVs), branding materials, POSM, marketing collaterals, and digital assets.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social media platforms.
• Support storyboarding, video conceptualisation, and video production when required.
• Take ownership of video production and coordinate the production process when necessary.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions from ideation to final execution.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Maintain high design standards, brand consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video production.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, visual design, motion graphics, or a similar role within an advertising agency or creative environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, key visuals, animation, motion graphics, storyboarding, and video production capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in 3D design, modelling, or animation will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic & Multi-Media Design, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline.
