You will lead a team, manage real-time issues, and ensure safety and performance standards are maintained during night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities include supervising inbound/outbound activities, ensuring accurate order processing, and coordinating handoffs with day-shift teams for seamless continuity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing night shift or 24/7 operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics workflows and safety practices.
• Proficient in WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth shift transitions and coordinate with day-shift teams for continuity.
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards at all times.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff during off-hours.
• Troubleshoot delays, system errors, or manpower shortages.
• Maintain records using logistics software (WMS/ERP)
• Conduct briefings and communicate shift goals and tasks.
• Work regularly on weekends and public holidays with rotating off-days.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of managing teams, handling real-time issues, and maintaining high standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise warehouse and logistics operations during the midnight shift.
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities, order processing, inventory handling, and dispatch accuracy.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and coordinate with day-shift teams for continuity.
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards at all times.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and take prompt corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff and forklift operators during off-hours.
• Troubleshoot operational issues including delivery delays, system errors, or manpower shortages.
• Maintain accurate records using logistics software (WMS/TMS/ERP).
• Conduct briefings and ensure clear communication of shift goals and tasks.
• Workregularly on weekends and public holidays, with off-days scheduled accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Prior experience managing night shift or 24/7 operations preferred.
• Solid understanding of logistics workflows, warehouse equipment, and safety practices.
• Proficient in using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability towork on weekends and public holidaysas part of a rotating schedule.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Forklift license or certification (where applicable).
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
• have driving license

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Standing, walking, and lifting may be required throughout the shift.
• Midnight shift operations with rotating off-days.
