Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore seeks a customer‑focused sales ambassador for its Changi Airport operation. You will actively upsell, stay informed on new products, and drive sales while maintaining top‑notch store presentation.

You will handle POS transactions, adhere to duty‑free rules, and represent the brand with professionalism. Must be available 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, and be able to work extended shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: NITEC or GCE 'O' Level and above.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good written and oral command of English.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• A good team player, mature and self-driven.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• The ability to work midnight shifts duties in Changi Airport environment.
• Able to commit 5 days a week including weekends & Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactive to utilize upselling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Demonstrate initiative by staying informed on new products and promotions to make recommendations to customers and drive sales
• Ensure all shelves are well‑stocked while adhering to the visual merchandising guidelines
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
• Stay informed and adhere to duty‑free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
• Be the company’s front‑line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
