Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking a stock handler to support store operations and Changi Airport duties. You will manage stock accuracy, label and pack deliveries, and assist with online fulfilment for IShop Changi.

Roles include night shifts, handling heavy loads, and ensuring safety and orderliness in the storeroom and retail areas. Training is provided for customs rules related to Liquor & Tobacco.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
• The ability to work midnight shifts in Changi Airport environment.
• Must be able to commit 5 days a week including weekend & Public Holidays
• Physically fit and strong to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes
• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure
• Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, label, pick, pack, and transfer stock across stores and terminals.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy with proper documentation.
• Replenish store displays and support online order fulfilment (IShop Changi).
• Inspect items for defects and follow procedures for returns or replacements.
• Deliver duty-free items to departure gates before flight closure times.
• Keep storeroom and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or retail managers.
