Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Actions professional to process events with precision and within service levels. You will manage both internal and external stakeholders, respond to queries promptly, and perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy across accounts.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, risk management, and compliance, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and handle ad hoc initiatives as needed.

Formación

• Minimum degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Process Corporate Action events accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action matters and respond promptly.
• Perform daily account reconciliations and resolve reconciliation breaks promptly.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, controls, risk management and compliance.
• Support process improvements to enhance workflows and efficiency.
• Participate in projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
• Identify and manage operational risks associated with daily processes.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

·Process Corporate Action events accurately and within agreed service levels, in accordance with established procedures and controls.

·Manage internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action-related matters, resolving issues and responding to queries promptly.

·Perform daily account reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner.

·Ensure adherence to documented procedures, operational controls, risk management and compliance requirements.

·Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, controls and operational efficiency.

·Participate in projects, process enhancements and other ad hoc initiatives as required.

·Identify, monitor and manage operational risks associated with daily processes.

·Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements
