Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Corporate Action Analyst (Asset Services) to manage end-to-end processing of equity and fixed income corporate actions, and to coordinate with traders, clients, and counterparties daily.

You will handle client queries, resolve breaks, and support workflow improvements while maintaining strict SLAs and risk controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with strong academic background.
• Prior financial industry experience with Corporate Actions knowledge is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize heavy workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of equity and fixed income corporate action events with adherence to SLAs and risk controls.
• Manage relationships with traders, stock loan counterparties, and clients to resolve queries promptly.
• Perform daily account reconciliations and resolve cash and stock breaks to minimize risk.
• Assist in design and implementation of optimized workflows and risk mitigation strategies.
• Participate in departmental projects and handle ad-hoc operational tasks to support growth and system enhancements.
