Job summary

Achieve Group is assisting a well-established international energy trading organisation in Singapore to expand its physical operations team. The role focuses on end-to-end execution of middle distillates cargoes, coordinating with traders and external counterparties to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

You will manage day-to-day operations and logistics for gasoil and diesel, from pre-fixture to post-delivery, while maintaining strong controls and accurate documentation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations experience in oil, energy, or commodities trading.
• Exposure to middle distillates physical execution.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced trading floor environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical operations and logistics for middle distillates trading.
• Coordinate with terminals, surveyors, shipowners, agents, and suppliers on loading, discharge, storage, and blending.
• Prepare and manage operational and shipping documentation.
• Monitor inventory and product specifications; support traders with real-time updates.
• Assist with execution issues, demurrage follow-up, and process improvements.
