Job Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement custom business solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to automate processes, improve workflows, and build data‑driven applications that drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) to deliver customized business solutions.
• Automate business workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and integrate Power BI reports and dashboards within applications.
• Design and implement complex business logic using Power Fx and integrate with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high‑quality, performant applications.
• Ensure appropriate security measures, roles, and permissions are applied to applications and workflows.
• Provide guidance on best practices, updates, and features of the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, and Power BI.
• Experience in integrating Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other external systems.
• Ability to design intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces and deliver impactful business solutions.
• Good understanding of security roles, data management, and permissions within Power Platform.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform App Maker Associate.

Experience with Power Virtual Agents and creating chatbots is a plus.
