Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore seeks a Dynamics CRM/365 developer to lead CRM customizations and integrations. You will work across projects to tailor CRM solutions, build plug-ins and workflows, and integrate PowerApps and PowerBI for analytics.

The role requires hands-on development, testing, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Knowledge of SSIS/SSRS and SQL Server is essential, as is experience with CRM security and deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations (3+ projects).
• 2+ years of custom development in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Proficiency in CRM customization: forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, dashboards.
• Strong programming skills using CRM SDK, Web Services, HTML and JavaScript.

Job description

Identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to provide timely and quality data for analysis and enhancements

Analyse the Authority’s needs and document the requirements

Plan, design and implement IT solutions to meet the analytical needs of identified opportunities

Develop test plan and scripts for system testing, support user acceptance testing

Work with the Authority’s users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution

Hands-on experience in CRM

Ensure the smooth operations and service level of IT solutions

Support production issues

Apply AI coding tools such as Copilot and Coder AI to support development, testing, and code reviews.

Use automation to improve development efficiency. This includes build, test, and deployment activities.

Leverage AI assistance to improve code quality. This covers refactoring, defect resolution, and documentation.

Demonstrate willingness to adopt new AI and automation tools where relevant to work outcomes.

Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred

Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology

Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365.

Have been involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation projects.

2+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.

Ablity to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365

Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.

SSIS/SSRS

Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies

Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript

Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access and batch integration protocols.

Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.

Understanding and Configuration of MSCRM Security Roles.

AI and automation scope past experience will be an advantage.
