Job summary

LPS is seeking Microsoft 365 Support Engineers to provide Level 2 support and administration across the Microsoft 365 service catalogue in Singapore. You will handle day-to-day incidents, requests, and changes, while administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of M365 admin or L2 experience, strong ITIL-driven support, and familiarity with security and governance tools like Intune and Defender.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration or L2 support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLA-driven support, and incident management.
• MS-102, MD-102, or equivalent M365 experience.
